The Role

We are currently recruiting for an IT Administrator to provide administrative support to our IT Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and gain valuable specialist experience. The right candidate will have the chance to develop their career.

  • Creating / modifying / removing users on our internal IT systems.
  • Maintaining external portal accounts with policy enforcement.
  • Coordinating licence procurement and assignment.
  • Maintaining the IT Asset Database and assigning equipment to staff via a dedicated system.
  • Assisting the Technician team, as and when required
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

Person Specification

Required Attributes

  • GCSE Maths, IT and English at Grade C or above (or international equivalent)
  • Significant previous exposure to Microsoft Office suite – particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong numerical and Administration skills
  • Attention to detail, and ability to work accurately.
  • Able to demonstrate ability to coordinate information.
  • Flexible attitude - ability to prioritise and adapt to constantly shifting priorities.
  • Resilient nature and able to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident on the telephone
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Hours

  • Salary of £26,500
  • Our standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday.
