The Role
We are currently recruiting for an IT Administrator to provide administrative support to our IT Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and gain valuable specialist experience. The right candidate will have the chance to develop their career.

- Creating / modifying / removing users on our internal IT systems.
- Maintaining external portal accounts with policy enforcement.
- Coordinating licence procurement and assignment.
- Maintaining the IT Asset Database and assigning equipment to staff via a dedicated system.
- Assisting the Technician team, as and when required
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
Person Specification
Required Attributes
- GCSE Maths, IT and English at Grade C or above (or international equivalent)
- Significant previous exposure to Microsoft Office suite – particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong numerical and Administration skills
- Attention to detail, and ability to work accurately.
- Able to demonstrate ability to coordinate information.
- Flexible attitude - ability to prioritise and adapt to constantly shifting priorities.
- Resilient nature and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident on the telephone
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Hours
- Salary of £26,500
- Our standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday.
