As the company continues to grow and invest in its infrastructure, it is expanding its IT department to support both operational efficiency and future development.

Committed to innovation and continuous improvement, the company is seeking an IT Administrator to support and maintain its IT systems, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency across the organisation.

The Role

This is a hands-on technical role within a busy IT function. As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and user systems.

You will provide first- and second-line support to end users, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. The role also involves system monitoring, routine maintenance, user account management, and supporting IT projects and upgrades.

You will ensure systems are secure, up to date, and compliant with company policies, while also assisting in the implementation of new technologies and improvements.

The successful candidate will adopt a proactive and solutions-focused approach, with strong technical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple support requests and prioritising effectively.

A solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and security principles is essential, along with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

You should be capable of working independently when required, while also contributing as part of a collaborative team focused on continuous improvement.

  • Knowledge of monitoring tools and automation
