To strengthen our team, we are looking for a IT AM FICO - Senior Specialist (f/m/d).
Key Responsibilities:
- Propose new technologies or enhancements to existing technologies.
- Initiates the adoption of new processes, documents, methodologies, tools, etc. to improve the overall process.
- Discuss with Finance Integration Leads and Project Managers business requirements.
- Identify proposed solutions, validate feasibility, create functional specifications.
- Participates in the design of testing procedures and in the development testing of new or enhanced applications.
- The application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications.
- Acts as a liaison with other IT groups & coordinates planning of technical tasks.
- Provides leadership and training.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- 7+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on FI/CO modules.
- 2+ years of experience on each: Seeburger P2P, IDOC, SAFT and eInvoicing.
- Experience on transition from ECC to S4 HANA as FICO Lead role.
- Understanding of finance processes and accounting principles (International Standard and Country specific for Turkey, Morocco, Rumania, among others).
- Knowledgeable of SAP FI/CO integration to other SAP modules, specially MM, SD and Purchasing.
- Hands-on experience with SAP IDOC, SAFT and e Invoicing is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
- SAP Certification in FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance (preferred).
