We're looking for an IT Analyst to join our Information Security team, based out of our Belfast office. This is a great opportunity for someone with a couple of years of IT experience (new grads are also welcome to apply) who wants hands-on experience across access management, equipment lifecycle management, and foundational security operations. You'll be a key part of keeping our systems secure, our employees equipped, and our access controls tight, while working closely with our Security Analyst to build a strong security skill set.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based out of our Belfast office. You'll work with both in-office and distributed colleagues, so clear written communication and reliable self-management are important.
What You’ll do
Access Management
- Provision and deprovision user accounts and access across core systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, identity management platforms such as Okta, and internal applications)
- Process access requests following least-privilege and approval workflows
- Perform periodic access reviews and audits to ensure permissions stay accurate and up to date
- Maintain accurate documentation of who has access to what, and why
- Support onboarding and offboarding checklists related to system and account access
Equipment & Inventory Management
- Maintain an accurate inventory of company hardware (laptops, tablets, mobile devices)
- Image, configure, and ship equipment for new hires; manage returns and reallocation for departures
- Track asset assignments, warranty status, and lifecycle (procurement through retirement/disposal)
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues and coordinate repairs or replacements
- Manage relationships with equipment vendors and shipping logistics as needed

Security Support (Backup to Security Analyst)
- Act as backup support for routine security tasks when the Security Analyst is unavailable
- Assist with monitoring security alerts and escalating issues appropriately
- Help maintain security tooling configurations (e.g., endpoint protection, MDM policies)
- Support basic security hygiene tasks: patch management tracking, MFA enforcement checks, password policy compliance
- Help document security procedures and contribute to incident response support when needed
- Participate in security awareness efforts (e.g., phishing simulation follow-up, employee reminders)
General IT Support
- Respond to and resolve IT helpdesk tickets in a timely manner
- Maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles
- Identify opportunities to automate or streamline repetitive access and inventory tasks
- Support security audits, compliance initiatives, risk assessments, and remediation activities.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional IT experience preferred (strong new grads also encouraged to apply)
- Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and cloud-first environments.
- Strong experience administering Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and related SaaS platforms.
- Experience with identity and access management, endpoint management, device compliance, and security best practices.
