Job Opportunity: Technical Support Professional
An established professional services organisation is looking for an experienced technical support professional to join the team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support, acting as a primary point of contact for colleagues and managing queries through a structured service desk system.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver responsive technical support across a broad technology landscape including hardware, software, and applications.
- Manage incidents and service requests through to completion while adhering to agreed service levels and performance indicators.
- Undertake user and server administration tasks including Active Directory configuration and management.
- Support and maintain Windows desktop environments, Citrix, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Assist with ongoing infrastructure improvement projects and basic local area networking tasks.

What We're Looking For
- At least one year of hands-on technical support experience within a professional services environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle queries via phone, digital channels, and in person.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and mobile device management.
- A proactive mindset with excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of data protection requirements and a disciplined approach to managing workloads.
