We are seeking a Technology Analyst to support the delivery of technology, data governance, and operational resilience initiatives within a regulated financial services environment. This is a broad and varied role that combines data management, technology operations, reporting, supplier oversight, and cyber governance.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party technology providers, you will help improve data quality, service performance, operational efficiency, and risk management, while supporting the adoption of AI, automation, and modern technology solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop expertise across technology, data, cyber security, business analysis, and regulatory operations.

Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing development and operation of enterprise data management and data governance frameworks.
- Monitor and improve data quality, investigating issues, and coordinating remediation activities.
- Maintain data dictionaries, data lineage documentation, and governance records.
- Produce management information, KPI reporting, and data quality dashboards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day technology queries within the business.
- Coordinate support requests and work with managed service providers to resolve issues.
- Assist with technology projects, system upgrades, testing, and change initiatives.
- Support cyber security monitoring, access reviews, risk assessments, and control testing.
- Gather business requirements.
- Support regulatory, audit, and governance reporting requirements.
- Manage relationships with technology suppliers and third-party service providers.

Essential Skills Required
- Previous experience in a Technology Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, IT Operations Analyst, or similar role.
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, and information management principles.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Experience producing management information, dashboards, and analytical reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with third-party suppliers, managed service providers, or external partners.
