IT Analyst

Department: Information Technology

Reports To: IT Director

Classification: Individual Contributor

Location: UK, Bristol (Hybrid: 2 days per week in office)

Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in IT end-user support, IT operations/administration

About Telestream

Telestream is a leading provider of digital media tools and software solutions for the broadcast, streaming, and media industries. We empower content creators and distributors to produce and deliver high-quality video content while optimizing operations and maximizing revenue. Our IT team keeps the infrastructure, systems, and tools running that support 400 employees across 25 countries.

Position Summary

Telestream is looking for an IT Analyst to join our UK-based IT team. This role sits between traditional help desk support and systems administration — ideal for someone who has outgrown tier-1 support and is building toward a systems administration career but isn't yet ready for a full Systems Administrator title. You'll provide end-user support, manage day-to-day IT operations, and get exposure to broader systems administration work as you grow.

This is a hands-on, generalist IT role. You'll work closely with our Solutions Architect and IT Director, supporting employees across the UK and collaborating with IT colleagues in other regions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
