About the role
As our Microsoft 365 Application Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between technology and people. You’ll ensure our Microsoft 365 environment—spanning Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and more works flawlessly and evolves with our business needs. Your expertise will directly shape how our colleagues collaborate, share knowledge, and innovate, making you a key driver of our digital transformation journey.
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for M365 Solutions
- Manage incidents and problems, including root cause analysis
- Ensure system availability, performance, and data integrity
- Configure, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform
- Develop and configure new solutions
- Power Automate flows and Power Apps to streamline business processes and reduce manual work.
- Design and implement SharePoint sites, Teams structures, and workflows that improve collaboration and information management
- Execute change management processes and application releases
- Identify and implement system improvements and optimizations
- Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and regulatory requirements (e.g. SOX, GxP)
- Maintain accurate system and process documentation
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions

About you
Essential
- Proven experience in administering and supporting Microsoft 365 applications in a business environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or level of understanding) in IT or related field
- Strong skills in SharePoint Online site design, Teams configuration, and Power Platform development
- Understanding of M365 security, compliance, and governance principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Microsoft Power Platform certification and/or Microsoft 365 Certification for MS Teams

Desirable
- Experience in .Net, SQL Query Language, MS Fabric, MS Purview
- ITIL certification or solid understanding of ITSM principles
