Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced IT Warehouse Asset Management Technician to join our IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) team.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of IT data eradication, inventory control, and secure decommissioning services both within our warehouse and at client locations. You will join a high-performing operations team dedicated to maintaining strict data security, compliance, and service level agreements for enterprise clients.

In this role, you will:
- Perform secure data sanitisation, BIOS password/asset removal, and physical decommissioning using proprietary data erasure software in accordance with current industry standards.
- Manage end-to-end stock levels, conduct cycle counts, verify asset details, and fulfill incoming orders accurately to meet project SLAs.
- Partner with project managers, logistics teams, and external clients to perform site surveys, dynamic risk assessments, and secure off-site asset processing within agreed project timeframes.
- Execute secure physical shredding and asset destruction while strictly adhering to health and safety legislation, security protocols, and quality assessment procedures.
- Assist in designing and implementing upgraded working procedures, hardware/software tools, and troubleshooting routines to enhance daily warehouse service delivery.

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in IT asset management, warehouse inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Strong knowledge of server/network hardware, proprietary data erasure software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines, operate independently, and safely lift/move 30–40 lbs daily.
