IT Associate Opportunity
Insight Global are seeking an IT Associate for a global consulting organisation, supporting frontline IT operations and delivering exceptional end-user support within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Location: London, UK
Contract Duration: 6 months (PAYE)
Work Schedule: 5 days onsite per week
Role Responsibilities
The IT Associate will serve as a key point of contact for in-person IT support, providing a high-touch, white glove service to employees. The role will involve:
- Supporting IT Hub walk-up stations
- Configuring and deploying hardware
- Assisting with application setup
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Managing service tickets to ensure a seamless user experience

Must-Have Requirements
- Previous IT support experience within a professional environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience supporting Windows 11, macOS, and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using IT ticketing systems, ideally ServiceNow
- Device imaging and deployment experience, preferably with Microsoft Intune
- Experience with application setup and configuration
- Knowledge of Active Directory, including password resets, account unlocks, and basic user administration
- Experience supporting and managing iOS mobile devices through MDM solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide hands-on, customer-facing technical support
