IT Audit Manager x 3 - Global Accounting Practice – Up to £75k base plus bonus - London, Birmingham, or Manchester

Job Overview

Great flexible hybrid model with lots of scope to WFH, 40-45 hour weeks all year. Promotion opportunity every year, become £140k Director in just 4 years and a £200k Partner in 5-7 years, as this team is looking to grow leaders from within.

About the Company

My client has a significant offering across the UK and are hiring IT Audit Manager roles in a developed and growing team of 12 that is already bringing in 7 figure revenue figures having been formed just a few years ago. They are hiring 3 separate roles in their major UK hubs in London, Birmingham, or Manchester.

Role Details

I am working with a Head of IT Audit who is growing a developing team on the back of huge demand from his and my client's global network of referred business from CIO/Board level of multinationals in every sector, FS Institutions, and prestigious government organisations.

This role includes a wide spectrum of work across multiple offerings including External IT Audit, IT Advisory, Technology Risk, Cyber Security, and Data Analytics engagements that are all critical to the Digital strategy of its clients.

Key Responsibilities

They are looking for an IT Audit Managers from either an External IT Audit Support background in from any size of Practice looking to gain deeper Tech Risk exposure and progress in a team looking to develop its own leaders. The Partner believes in growing leaders from within that embrace the firm’s culture of client excellence and the highest levels of governance when dealing at CIO or Board level.

Career Growth

They do not have and are not looking to hire SM or above in the team as they are looking to train leaders to develop with the standards that have led to hundreds of clients working and choosing them ahead of the Big 4. There are going to promotion opportunities every year to fill open SM and Director paths, so there will never be a ceiling for you.

You will need to demonstrate you can lead IT Audit engagements as preferably a Manager, or experienced 3rd year AM looking for a step up to a Manager role to further your career.

Qualifications

Your experience can be from any sector, where having the CISA or other Tech Risk Qualifications is not essential, and full study support but can be provided for a wide range of these including in Tech Risk, Cyber, and AI.

Opportunities

You will have the opportunity to work on end-to-end engagements across a choice of engagements and sectors, and could grow offerings in popular areas like Cyber, Data Analytics, and AI.

They have fast track career paths for high performers to become a Director in 4 years (Typically earning £140k base) and Partner in 5-7 years (Typically up to £200k base) as valued leaders in the team and at Board level of a Top 10 Practice.
