About your role
The purpose of this position is to provide data and technology leadership and strategic business partnering to Digital Core functions (Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, Corporate) within the Suntory Beverages & Food BU to drive alignment, prioritization, and delivery of technology initiatives focused on Manufacturing, Warehouse, Planning, and Transport.
What You'll Do
- Act as the Digital & IT business partner for BU Corporate and Supply Chain function leaders to define and align the technology roadmap with business needs and technological possibilities.
- Serve as the single point of contact for IT portfolio management, cost of ownership, and IT strategy within Supply Chain and Corporate functions for the BU.
- Collaborate closely with SBFE Regional IT COEs (AI, Analytics, Cybersecurity, SAP) to ensure project delivery adds value and enhances user experience.
- Drive technology-led change by integrating external industry developments and innovations into the BU’s technology strategy.
- Own end-to-end accountability for the BU Supply Chain & Corporate IT landscape including strategy, prioritization, delivery oversight, and value realization.
- Partner with functional leaders across BU and other BUs to simplify and digitize ways of working aligned with international technology and architecture standards.
- Balancing ongoing operational changes and upgrades with the need to digitize and modernize plant operations to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), safety, and forecast accuracy while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Managing the constraints and limited flexibility imposed by the upcoming S4Hana transformation (go-live end 2027) on SAP Core enhancements.
- Influencing diverse stakeholders across functions and regions to make strategic data and technology decisions aligned with business priorities.
- Ensuring seamless collaboration between multiple COEs and regional teams to deliver complex projects on the ground.

What You need to be successful
Essential
- Extensive IT management or leadership experience in multinational companies, preferably FMCG
- Proven experience in Supply Chain IT domain including Manufacturing, Planning, and Logistics
- Strong technical expertise in Supply Chain technologies such as SAP, EWM, IBP, and emerging technologies like AI, ML, IoT, OCR
- Strategic thinker with hands-on technology leadership and successful track record in technology strategy implementation
- Strong collaboration, influencing, and communication skills across functions and geographies
- Gemba-oriented with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive technology-enabled transformation

Desirable
- Experience working within a global or regional IT function with COEs
- Familiarity with S4Hana transformation projects
- Knowledge of digital manufacturing and warehouse automation technologies
- Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement in complex environments
