Description
- Analyse and document business requirements to support technology projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop clear and concise process documentation and workflows.
- Support testing and validation of new systems or updates.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks.
- Provide ongoing support and training to ensure successful implementation.

Profile
A successful IT Business Analyst should have:
- Proven experience in a similar IT or business analysis role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with process mapping and workflow tools.
- Knowledge of technology solutions relevant to the business services industry.

Job Offer
- Daily rate: £450 to £550 outside IR35, dependent on the level of experience.
- Temporary contract offering flexibility.
