We’re looking for a confident Business Analyst who can take ownership, challenge thinking, and turn complex problems into clear, deliverable solutions.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading business analysis across projects and workstreams
- Organisational & Operating Model design, Operational Performance improvements
- Eliciting, analysing, and defining clear business and user requirements
- Mapping processes and identifying opportunities to improve how we operate
- Running workshops and building strong stakeholder relationships
- Working closely with architects, developers, and product teams
- Platform delivery, deployment and business change
- Supporting decision-making with well-evidenced options and recommendations

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate clearly
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
- A proactive mindset – comfortable challenging assumptions
