About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially-minded IT Business Analyst to join our Recycling division within I&T.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in connecting business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that IT solutions support and accelerate business objectives across our Recycling operations. Working in a complex, multinational environment, you will analyse business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into effective technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.

You will work closely with the IT Business Partner, business leaders, process owners, project teams, and external partners to support technology initiatives across EMEA. A core focus of the role is to help shape the technology roadmap for the Recycling division while ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, prioritised, and delivered through fit-for-purpose solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with business leaders, process owners, and end users to gather, document, and prioritise business requirements.
  • Analysing and mapping business processes to identify opportunities for optimisation, standardisation, and automation.
  • Translating business needs into clear, structured, and testable functional requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborating with solution architects, developers, and third-party providers to design and implement technology solutions aligned to business goals.
  • Supporting the evaluation and selection of new technologies while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
  • Facilitating workshops, requirements sessions, and solution design discussions across multiple European business units.
  • Contributing to project planning, resource allocation, and delivery activities.
  • Coordinating and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet agreed business requirements.
  • Supporting change management activities through stakeholder engagement, communications, training materials, and user guidance.
  • Assisting in the development of business cases, technology roadmaps, and business analysis best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
