We are looking for an accomplished IT Business Partner to join our Group IT team and serve as a strategic advisor to one of our business divisions.
This is a high-impact role where you will operate at senior leadership level, helping business leaders identify how technology can drive efficiency, performance, and long-term growth. Acting as the critical link between IT and operational leadership teams, you will ensure technology investments deliver measurable value and align with organisational strategy.

To ensure clarity, this role does not involve independent procurement or vendor selection, software configuration or development or direct vendor engagement outside approved Group IT channel.
Essential Experience
- Significant experience as a PMO Lead, Senior Project Manager, or Business Analyst.
- Background working in federated, complex, or multi-site organisations.
- Experience working within structured governance environments.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycles and change management practices.
- Willingness to travel across multiple UK sites.
Desirable Experience
- Solution, Data, or Enterprise Architecture exposure.
- ERP programme or platform experience.
- Manufacturing sector background.
Core Skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence at all levels, without direct authority.
- Strong planning, organisational, and governance skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Skilled at turning business needs into structured IT requirements.
- Comfortable working within formal IT frameworks and standards.
