IT Business Partner for GTM

We're looking for an IT Business Partner for GTM who will be the single point of accountability between IT and the Go-to-Market organisation, owning the application roadmap and change-order budget for Salesforce and the data/analytics and AI capabilities built on top of it. The role turns IT from a shared-services back office into an embedded partner that ships what Sales, Renewals, and GTM Strategy need, funds it transparently, and is judged on business outcomes — not tickets closed.

Location & working model: London, Hybrid (flexible)

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Salesforce roadmap end-to-end: configuration, integrations (marketing, CPQ, contract systems), and data model integrity.
  • Partner with GTM leadership — including regional sales leads and the Global Renewals organisation — to turn priorities into a costed, sequenced change backlog.
  • Act as IT's delivery interface into the GTM AI use-case build led by the central AI team: resourcing, environment readiness, and production handover once agents are built.
  • Drive accountability for data quality across GTM data, ensuring issues are owned by the business rather than IT.
  • Manage the GTM change-order budget and report spend and value delivered monthly.
  • Shape solution direction for the business applications in scope, evaluating options and recommending configuration or platform approaches aligned to organizational standards.
  • Govern the intake and prioritization of business change requests, assessing business value, feasibility, and risk before committing them to the delivery queue.
  • Own the quality and traceability of requirements documentation, validating business acceptance before changes are released into production.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in IT business-partnering, systems ownership, or platform product management, ideally in a PE-owned or high-growth software company.
  • Comfortable owning a budget and a change-order backlog — this is a P&L-adjacent, strategic role.
  • Data-literate, with a track record of driving accountability for data quality across business stakeholders.
  • Direct communicator, comfortable in exec and leadership rooms, able to say no and hold a boundary.
  • Direct, hands-on Salesforce administration or platform-ownership experience at scale (Admin/Advanced Admin certification a plus).
  • Exposure to AI agent or automation build cycles, and to working alongside a central AI/Data function rather than owning AI delivery directly.
  • Proven track record working for a Born-in-the-Cloud or Cloud-Native technology company — must have.
