IT Business Solutions Manager

Wandsworth, London | Hybrid Working

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + 20% Bonus + £7,800 Car Allowance + 16% Non-Contributory Pension

An exciting opportunity to join a global organisation as an IT Business Solutions Manager – Data & Analytics, supporting Western European markets and helping shape data-driven decision-making across strategic insights and commercial planning.

This is a broad, commercially focused role combining data, technology, business analysis and project management, with responsibility for designing and delivering scalable data solutions.

You will:

  • Develop and implement data strategies and solutions across Western European markets
  • Work closely with business teams to identify data requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions
  • Lead data projects from concept through to implementation and rollout
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis across data sources, platforms and models
  • Manage relationships with internal IT teams and third-party technology providers
  • Support the rollout of centralised systems across multiple markets
  • Own elements of the data/application portfolio, including enhancements, incidents and continuous improvement
  • Manage project budgets, suppliers and delivery against agreed objectives
  • Ensure solutions meet security, governance, data quality and architectural standards
  • Identify new opportunities to maximise the commercial value of internal and external data

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years' experience in IT/data solutions, architecture or data-driven business environments
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge of Azure Databricks, Data Factory and Data Lake
  • Strong understanding of data flows, analytics and KPI reporting
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Python/PySpark
  • Experience with Power Platform, CI/CD and DevOps
  • Experience managing budgets, suppliers and technology projects
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively across distributed, international teams
