IT Business Solutions Manager
Wandsworth, London | Hybrid Working
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + 20% Bonus + £7,800 Car Allowance + 16% Non-Contributory Pension
An exciting opportunity to join a global organisation as an IT Business Solutions Manager – Data & Analytics, supporting Western European markets and helping shape data-driven decision-making across strategic insights and commercial planning.
This is a broad, commercially focused role combining data, technology, business analysis and project management, with responsibility for designing and delivering scalable data solutions.
You will:
- Develop and implement data strategies and solutions across Western European markets
- Work closely with business teams to identify data requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions
- Lead data projects from concept through to implementation and rollout
- Conduct fit-gap analysis across data sources, platforms and models
- Manage relationships with internal IT teams and third-party technology providers
- Support the rollout of centralised systems across multiple markets
- Own elements of the data/application portfolio, including enhancements, incidents and continuous improvement
- Manage project budgets, suppliers and delivery against agreed objectives
- Ensure solutions meet security, governance, data quality and architectural standards
- Identify new opportunities to maximise the commercial value of internal and external data

About You
We're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years' experience in IT/data solutions, architecture or data-driven business environments
- Strong project management and stakeholder management experience
- Experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of Azure Databricks, Data Factory and Data Lake
- Strong understanding of data flows, analytics and KPI reporting
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python/PySpark
- Experience with Power Platform, CI/CD and DevOps
- Experience managing budgets, suppliers and technology projects
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively across distributed, international teams
