IT Change Co-ordinator

We're looking for a talented and motivated IT Change Co-ordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to impactful projects and help deliver solutions that create real value for our clients. What you’ll do
- Coordinate deployment, rollout, and change schedules across multiple projects
- Plan and manage change windows, cutovers, and implementation activities
- Maintain change calendars, action logs, and deployment plans
- Ensure change activities are communicated effectively to all stakeholders
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and key milestones
- Support governance processes, approvals, and change control requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular progress reporting
- Work with Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of change activities
What to bring
- Proven experience in PMO, project coordination, change coordination, or deployment management
- Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools
- Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
