Role: IT Change Management - S4/SAP Change experience
Location: London – On-site 5 days per week
Start Date: July
End Date: 31st December 2026
Daily Rate: Inside IR35

This is an exciting opportunity to join Deloitte Operations for an engagement with one of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with colleagues on projects and programmes as an experienced change practitioner to:
- Build or help build change management plans and manage delivery against these plans
- Build or help build change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard
- Share knowledge and create an environment where members feel motivated, engaged, connected, able to perform to high levels and to grow and develop in their roles
- Run one or more change workstreams for IT Programme and Project Managers
- Drive business value and business outcomes through measurable change management, for both traditional and Agile deliveries
- Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of the business
- Equip the business with the skills to better manage and sustain change
