IT Change & Technical Delivery Lead
Up to £70k | Fully Remote | Global Charity
This unique, fully remote (UK) opportunity blends IT project management and change, technical delivery, testing, and release for a large, global, matrixed organisation with more than 25,000 employees, doing genuinely meaningful work.
This isn't a traditional PM role, nor is it a pure Change or Test role. It's a broad IT delivery position for someone who enjoys working across project delivery, change, technical delivery and testing.
It involves getting into the detail when needed, working with technical teams, managing change and dependencies, and making sure things actually get delivered.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
It's ideal for someone who likes getting involved in the detail, solving problems and making things happen, rather than managing from the sidelines.
You'll be involved in things like:
- Leading IT change activity and elements of larger transformation programmes
- Managing complex change requests, dependencies and delivery issues
- Working with PMs, Product Owners and technical teams
- Supporting testing, cutover and data migration
- Shaping IT roadmaps and delivery planning
- Improving processes and ways of working across IT
This suits a Senior IT Change / Technical Delivery professional with experience in complex enterprise environments, particularly someone who has worked across project delivery, IT change, testing and release.

You won't necessarily have specialist experience across all of these areas. We're looking for someone with a broad IT delivery background who has naturally taken on responsibility across change, technical delivery, testing, and release.
The role is fully remote, pays up to £70,000, and comes with 32 days' holiday, a generous pension, and gym membership.
If you're an experienced IT Change or Technical Delivery professional and this sounds like the sort of role you'd enjoy, I’d be keen to hear from you.
