IT Commercial Lawyer
Remote | £100,000–£120,000 + Bonus
Are you a qualified lawyer with 4–10 years' PQE and strong experience within IT services?
We're working with a global technology business looking for an experienced IT Commercial Lawyer to join its legal team. This is a fully remote opportunity, working closely with sales, commercial and delivery teams across complex technology engagements.
The Role
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you'll provide legal and commercial advice across a broad range of IT services and technology contracts, supporting the business throughout the full contract lifecycle.
You'll be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex IT services and commercial contracts
- Negotiating MSAs, SOWs, amendments, change requests and customer agreements
- Advising sales and commercial teams on contractual and commercial risk
- Supporting negotiations with major enterprise customers
- Advising on liability, indemnities, warranties, IP, data protection and termination
- Working closely with sales, procurement, finance and delivery teams
- Providing pragmatic legal advice that supports commercial objectives
- Managing multiple negotiations and contracts simultaneously
- Identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks

About You
IT services experience is essential and non-negotiable. Candidates without direct IT services experience will not be considered.
We're looking for:
- 4–10 years' PQE
- Qualified solicitor/lawyer with strong commercial experience
- Proven experience within IT services – essential
- Strong experience negotiating complex B2B technology/customer contracts
- Experience with MSAs, SOWs and IT services agreements
- Experience advising sales and commercial teams
- Strong understanding of contractual and commercial risk
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- A pragmatic, commercially minded approach
- Ability to work independently within a fast-paced, international environment

Experience within IT services, technology consulting, software, SaaS, cloud, digital transformation or professional services would be relevant, but direct IT services experience is essential.
Desirable
The following would be advantageous:
- Italian or Greek legal qualification
- Fluency in Italian or Greek
- Experience working across international markets
- Experience working with large enterprise customers
