About The Role
We are seeking an IT Controller with a hands-on mindset to manage day-to-day IT cost control, ensure compliance with finance requirements, and support budgeting, and forecasting for European subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and reconcile IT OPEX / CAPEX, cost centers, and projects
- Manage invoice reconciliation
- Keep track of savings and efficiencies
- Reporting, budgeting & Forecasting
- Prepare variance analyses, accruals, and month-end close support for IT
- Maintain IT cost models, allocations/chargebacks, and service cost transparency
- Build dashboards and reports for IT leadership and finance
- Track run-rate vs. plan; identify savings opportunities and risks
- Support business cases and ROI / TCO analyses for IT initiatives

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (achieved or ongoing education) in finance, accounting, information technology, or related field
- 1-3+ years in IT controlling / finance or similar role
- Proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint and data analysis tools
- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, accruals
- English on B2 + level
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable with deadlines and audits.
