Job Title
Named Later is recruiting a Customer Service Specialist for a UK-leading technology business that puts sustainability and social impact at the heart of what it does. They look after IT hardware and software for public and private sector clients, from supply through to secure disposal. They’ve recently launched a dedicated Customer Success function, with a clear aim: to move from reacting to client issues to getting ahead of them. You’d join a team of five helping to shape how that works in practice.
What you’ll be doing...
- Being the first port of call for client queries, and keeping relationships warm and professional
- Owning client work from sales through to delivery, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Helping prepare quotes, proposals, statements of work and client packs.
- Processing sales and purchase orders, and managing bookings and service requests.
- Keeping the CRM accurate and tracking requests through to completion.
- Supporting sustainability and social value reporting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
