Role Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for the delivery of IT solutions and services across the Finance and Procurement domains, including SAP Finance (FI/CO) and Source-to-Pay (Ariba). The role owns delivery outcomes, ensuring that business priorities are translated into effective technology solutions delivered to time, quality, and expected business value.

Dimensions

  • Owns delivery of Finance and Procurement systems across multiple business units
  • Leads Solution Architects and delivery teams across FI/CO and S2P domains
  • Accountable for delivery outcomes, stakeholder satisfaction, and solution performance
  • Manages prioritised backlog and competing business demand
  • Operates across complex, integrated SAP landscape

Key Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of all Finance and Procurement IT initiatives and BAU changes
  • Lead and manage Solution Architects and delivery teams
  • Define and prioritise delivery backlog with business stakeholders
  • Ensure delivery outcomes meet business expectations and quality standards
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with Finance and Procurement leadership
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across IT and external partners
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and standards
  • Manage risks, issues, and escalations related to delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery effectiveness and performance

Role Requirements

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Strong experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) and Procurement (S2P/Ariba)
  • Proven experience leading IT delivery across complex system landscapes
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience in prioritisation and backlog management
  • Understanding of governance, controls, and enterprise architecture
