Up to £67,000

VIQU are supporting a leading organisation in their search for an IT Demand & Change Consultant to join their Infrastructure Solutions team. The IT Demand & Change Consultant will take ownership of infrastructure demand across BAU and small change, managing requests from initial scoping through governance, planning and delivery. You will coordinate internal infrastructure teams and third-party suppliers, ensuring change is appropriately prioritised, resourced and delivered against agreed timescales and standards.

Key Responsibilities of the IT Demand & Change Consultant:

  • Manage the end-to-end demand process for infrastructure BAU and small change requests.
  • Manage a portfolio of smaller infrastructure projects, overseeing scope, delivery, risks, dependencies and escalations.
  • Work with infrastructure teams and business stakeholders to define requirements, timescales and acceptance criteria.
  • Support demand forecasting, scheduling and capacity planning across the infrastructure function.
  • Determine whether requirements should be delivered internally or through third-party suppliers.
  • Manage third-party delivery, including scope, costs, purchase orders, performance and invoice approval.
  • Track and report on demand, project progress, costs, delivery performance and estimate accuracy.
  • Ensure appropriate technical and operational documentation is maintained throughout delivery.
  • Identify and implement improvements to demand and small change processes, including opportunities for automation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
