About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic IT Field Engineer to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for traveling to various sites to install and configure IT equipment as part of new location rollouts on a weekly basis. Additionally, you will perform preventative maintenance at existing locations and provide on-site support for break-fix schedules as required. This is a field-based position that involves extensive travel and hands-on technical work at showrooms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Roll out IT infrastructure and services across new and existing showrooms
- Provide timely support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and network connectivity
- Carry out preventative maintenance and routine site visits
- Install and configure standard and bespoke IT equipment
- Troubleshoot Windows and IoT system issues
- Ensure installations meet company standards, compliance, and security requirements
- Deliver clear communication and excellent support to internal users and teams
About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience in an IT Field Engineer or similar technical support role
- Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and GPO
- Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting hardware and software
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
- Relevant IT certifications desirable
- Experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf and OneLan beneficial
- Full driving licence, valid in the UK required.
