About The Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Process Developer to join our dynamic team based in Central Bristol. This hybrid role offers a flexible working arrangement, requiring only two days per week onsite. The successful candidate will be an integral part of an Agile delivery team dedicated to enhancing business efficiency through automation and digital transformation initiatives. The primary focus of this role is on the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem, where you will design, develop, and implement scalable business processes and workflows. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver innovative solutions that streamline operations and improve overall performance. This position provides an excellent opportunity for an individual with technical expertise in workflow applications, JavaScript, and T-SQL to grow within a forward-thinking organization committed to leveraging cutting-edge Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- A strong understanding of workflow and business process applications within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Practical knowledge of JavaScript and T-SQL, enabling the development and optimization of automation solutions
- Prior experience working in Agile environments
- Excellent analytical skills and a solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to contribute as an active team member, managing multiple requests efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and documentation
- Background in HTML and Visual Basic, as well as broader exposure to Dynamics 365 customization (advantageous)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy business processes and workflows across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, adhering to Agile methodologies
- Enhance and optimize existing applications within Power Platform and Dynamics, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance with best practices
- Build and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate, and develop custom apps within Power Apps to improve operational efficiency
- Document all new and existing processes thoroughly, maintaining high standards of clarity and accuracy for future reference and compliance
- Develop and maintain reports and management information dashboards within Dynamics and Power Platform environments to support decision-making
- Collaborate with wider IT teams to integrate processes across systems, ensuring seamless functionality within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Provide ongoing support and training to business users and IT teams on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related development tools
- Manage and prioritize development requests effectively, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service to internal stakeholders
