  • Working with SQL and relational databases, including writing queries and understanding data structures.
  • Troubleshooting issues across Power Platform, databases, integrations and wider application environments.
  • Producing technical documentation and carrying out thorough testing.
  • Following appropriate development, version-control, security and quality standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Working arrangements:

The position is based in the West Midlands and offers hybrid working. You should expect to attend the office approximately three to four days per week during probation, reducing to around two days per week afterwards.

Due to the office location and limited nearby public transport, candidates will ideally need to drive or have a reliable way of travelling to the site. Some flexibility around office attendance will also be required depending on project and business needs.

This is a strong opportunity for a Power Platform developer who wants to broaden their experience across integrations, case-management systems and business-critical applications while taking genuine ownership of solutions.
