IT Director
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire | Hybrid working - 2 days in the office
Salary: Up to £120,000 + 30% bonus, 12% pension, 28 days holiday, healthcare

IT Director Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with organisational goals, focusing on innovation and operational excellence.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, to enhance business capabilities.
- Oversee enterprise architecture, ensuring strategic design integrity across all projects and initiatives.
- Manage daily operations of IT systems, networks, cloud platforms and infrastructure, maintaining high security and uptime standards.
- Drive cybersecurity efforts, implementing robust controls and compliance measures to safeguard digital assets and reputation.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing IT team, cultivating a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee significant IT projects, managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for maximum ROI.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies and regulatory frameworks, maintaining privacy and governance standards.

IT Director Requirements
- IT leadership experience, with strong leadership skills and the ability to lead multi discipline teams.
- Proven expertise in software engineering, enterprise infrastructure, cloud solutions (AWS, Azure), cyber security and IT governance.
- Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, or cloud-specific credentials (AWS/Azure) are advantageous.
