Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented On-Site IT Dispatcher & Support Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be the air traffic control for our IT ticketing system, ensuring technical issues are triaged, qualified, and routed swiftly to the right team members.
Beyond dispatching, you will be a hands-on contributor—handling first-line technical requests like password resets, assisting with warehouse hardware repairs and rollouts, and maintaining meticulous asset and storage management. Key Responsibilities
Ticket Management & Triage
- First Point of Contact: Monitor and manage the incoming IT ticketing system queue with speed and efficiency.
- Ticket Qualification: Review, categorize, and prioritize incoming requests, gathering missing details before assigning them to the wider IT team.
- First-Line Support: Directly resolve quick-hit requests, specifically executing password resets across various internal and external systems.
Hardware & On-Site Support
- Warehouse Hardware Assistance: Collaborate with the on-site technical team to troubleshoot and repair warehouse-specific hardware.
- Vendor Repairs: Coordinate the logistics for faulty equipment, ensuring items are safely packaged and sent away for external repair.
- Hardware Rollouts: Assist with the preparation, configuration, and deployment phases of new hardware rollouts across the site.

Asset & Inventory Management
- Data Storage Upkeep: Monitor and maintain local device data storage to ensure optimal system performance.
- Asset Tracking: Help maintain an accurate inventory of all on-site IT assets, tracking hardware lifecycles from intake to disposal.
- Workspace Upkeep: Take proactive ownership of the IT workspace, ensuring storage areas, cages, and tech labs remain tidy, organized, and safe.
