Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Join Titan Wealth's growing Technology team as an IT Support Engineer and play a key role in supporting a fast-paced, ambitious business undergoing significant growth and transformation.
This is far more than a traditional service desk position. You'll be the go-to expert for colleagues across the business, providing 1st and 2nd line support while working with modern Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Active Directory. Working closely with a collaborative team of engineers across the UK and internationally, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact from day one, contribute to business-critical initiatives, and develop your career within one of the UK's fastest-growing wealth management firms.

Job Responsibilities
- Offering IT services & support over telephone, email, remote, but mostly face-to-face
- Assisting the migration team to onboard new companies acquired into the group M365 tenant
- Using ServiceDesk+ for logging, monitoring, and managing tickets
- Working closely with users from all global offices to resolve issues, keeping users informed/updated and escalate where appropriate
- Following industry best practice to proactively maintain the infrastructure to prevent failures/issues and improve performance, availability, and resilience
- Building and maintaining corporate PCs and laptops, keeping adequate spares-levels (inventory)
- Administration of starters and leavers, getting quotes and placing orders (procurement)
- Guiding and supporting users in following group IT standards, policies & procedures
- Managing/participating in project initiatives (as assigned) to achieve broader IT objectives
- Contributing to and maintaining documentation for processes and procedures
- Occasional travel in the UK to different sites
- Adhering to consumer duty

Education and Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience with desktop support in Microsoft environment
- Excellent English communication skills, comfortable in high engagement environment
- A+ PC technician / N+, MD100, MD101 certifications are advantageous
- Decent understanding of networking, routers, firewalls. E.g. able to replace router/AP
- Great customer service skills
- Proactive and ability to work with minimal direction
- Excellent methodology in fault-finding
- Strong working knowledge of MS Windows 10/11 Enterprise, Office 365
- Good working knowledge of Active Directory and Identity Management
- Understanding of cyber security frameworks like NIST/CIS advantageous
- Good understanding of Windows Server / roles and features would be beneficial
- Knowledge of mobile device platforms; iOS, Android and MS Surface tablets
- Self-motivated, well organised
- Ability to prioritise and focus

- Intune
- On-Prem Active Directory
