Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end IT support across a dynamic trading floor and wider business
  • Manage Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and MDM with Jamf
  • Deploy and maintain MacOS and Windows desktops, laptops, hardware, and software
  • Troubleshoot audio-visual equipment to ensure seamless operations
  • Tackle high-priority technical issues in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of IT support experience in a fast-moving industry (Ideally Fintech or capital markets)
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Jamf, Active Directory, and device deployment
  • A keen desire to learn, grow, and develop within a top-tier trading firm
  • Identity Access Management with Okta or similar related tools
  • Jamf 100/200 certification (nice to have)
