Excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Field Service Engineer with a background in enterprise hardware, networking or telephony to join a rapidly expanding technology services provider offering technical variety, manufacturer training and excellent career progression.
This company is a well-established provider of enterprise IT infrastructure services, supporting technology partners and their customers across the UK and internationally. Following significant growth, they are expanding their maintenance field team and are looking to appoint two engineers across London and the South East. They also have a great track record taking engineers from the Armed Forces and training them in this area.

In this varied role, you will attend customer sites to diagnose, maintain and repair enterprise servers, storage, networks and telephony systems. You will deliver hardware break-fix support, manage technical incidents through to resolution and assist with infrastructure installations and professional services projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise IT hardware, networking, servers, storage or voice systems. You must have strong technical diagnostic skills, be confident working directly with customers and hold a full driving licence.

The Role:
- Maintain and repair enterprise IT infrastructure at customer sites
- Diagnose and resolve server, storage, networking and telephony incidents
- Deliver hardware break-fix support within agreed SLAs and quality standards
- Complete equipment installations, cabling and infrastructure upgrades
- Support professional services projects across multiple vendors
- Participate in a 24/7 emergency call-out rota
The Person:
- Experience supporting enterprise IT hardware, networks, servers, storage or telephony
- Strong practical fault-finding, triage and diagnostic skills
- Previous experience working in a field-based engineering environment
- Cisco, Fortinet, HPE, Dell, Oracle, CCNA or CompTIA experience would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to work occasional overtime, weekends and emergency call-outs
