IT Field Technician - Sutton, Mitcham, and Tadworth, South East London
Pay: Up to £32,000 + excellent benefits
Role Summary: An established public sector organisation is seeking an IT Field Technician to support three sites across Sutton, Mitcham, and Tadworth. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you will be the friendly, reliable face of IT for staff at each location, ensuring their technology runs smoothly so they can focus on their work.
The Role:
- Install, maintain, and fix hardware and software across offices and shared spaces.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT issues quickly to get people back up and running.
- Split your time between the three sites, experiencing variety and seeing the impact of your support every day.

Requirements:
- At least one year's experience in an IT support role.
- A full UK driving licence and your own transport, as you must be able to travel between Sutton (SM2), Mitcham (CR4), and Tadworth (KT20).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office applications, basic networking, and hardware and software support. iPad support experience is a bonus but not essential.

- Salary of £25,000 to £32,000 depending on experience.
