LOA: 7th September 2026 – 31st March 2027 (approx. 7 months)
Location: Onsite, 4–5 days per week in Billingham, UK
Work Schedule: Full time (40 hours per week)

Project Details

The IT Front Office Coordinator will manage the daily operations, planning, and technical delivery for the UK expansion team. This role bridges the gap between technical execution and project management, ensuring that process equipment is safely onboarded to the Manufacturing Control Network (MCN). The coordinator works closely with the Back Office Coordinator, system owners, and external vendors to deliver robust technical solutions while mitigating risks and maintaining strict project documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day tasks, schedules, and priorities for Borealis Front Office Engineers
  • Direct the execution and delivery of all front office technical deliverables
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups or team syncs to unblock technical issues
  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding of process equipment onto the MCN according to project scope
  • Partner with system owners and external vendors to gather, map, and document technical requirements
  • Align with the Borealis Back Office Coordinator to design and implement cross-functional technical solutions
  • Build, maintain, and update project timelines, trackers, and delivery milestones
  • Own the project documentation repository, ensuring all architectural and process logs remain accurate
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and technical issues before they impact timelines

Requirements

  • Proven track record in IT project coordination, engineering team leads, or technical delivery
  • Basic understanding of industrial networking (MCN) or manufacturing process equipment onboarding
  • Proficiency with project tracking software (e.g. Jira, Asana, MS Project) and documentation tools
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, comfortable sitting between engineers, vendors, and business owners
