Core Responsibilities in AI Infrastructure
As an IT Generalist, your day-to-day workflows will directly impact training data quality and annotation guidelines compliance. You will:
- Provision and secure cloud environments for data labeling experts
- Troubleshoot access issues for remote freelance and contract workers
- Maintain the internal systems used for named entity recognition and content safety labeling
- Collaborate with AI labs and engineering teams to deploy scalable IT solutions that support intensive LLM training pipelines
