What do we need from you?
- A curious, tenacious and driven individual with a hunger to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be a team player
- A willingness to succeed, with dedication to your team and developing new skills
- The ability to prioritise work and deliver to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build customer rapport quickly, to enable you to offer exceptional customer service
- An analytical mind and the ability to analyse data quickly and efficiently
- High attention to detail and a drive for perfection
- Be eager to learn new skills and able to adapt to change quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Be skilled at troubleshooting and problem solving
- A passion for software development and IT
- You will need to demonstrate knowledge of:
- current software development tools and languages i.e. C#, PowerShell, Python, Java
- software development methodologies including Agile, Git, unit testing and software versioning
- Data management
- You will be on-track to achieve 2:1 or above in a Computer Science, Software Development or I.T related degree by August 2027

- Your application will be screened by HR and the hiring manager
- If successful you will be invited to attend an Assessment centre
- If successful, your scheme will start in August/September 2027.
- We aim to run an assessment centre for this role in December 2026
