About the Role

- You will network with the IT team, the business, customer teams, and suppliers to implement industry standard and bespoke solutions
What We Offer

What We Need from You

- Be skilled at troubleshooting and problem-solving
- A passion for computer hardware, networks, and security
- The ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Demonstrate logical thinking and attention to detail
- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of:
- computer hardware components and how they interact with each other
- computer networking concepts
- computer security
- operating systems, i.e., Windows, Linux
