About the Role

  • You will work and learn with the team to evolve services, champion change, and drive continual improvements
  • You will have the opportunity to develop IT Systems, delivering competitive advantage to support our mission to win
  • You will network with the IT team, the business, customer teams, and suppliers to implement industry standard and bespoke solutions

What We Offer

You will get the opportunity to engineer solutions in world-class facilities and, having been thoroughly proven at our Technology Centre.

  • Be eager to learn new skills and able to adapt to change quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Be skilled at troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • A passion for computer hardware, networks, and security
  • The ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Demonstrate logical thinking and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a foundational understanding of:
    • computer hardware components and how they interact with each other
    • computer networking concepts
    • computer security
    • operating systems, i.e., Windows, Linux

  • You will be on-track to achieve 2:1 or above in an IT-related degree by August 2027

  • We also offer an IT Software Graduate role, focusing on software development.

The Application Process

    • Please remember to list the grades you have achieved against the respective qualifications, employment, and project experience.
    • If you pass this stage, you will be asked to complete a covering video
  • Your application will be screened by HR and the hiring manager

  • If successful, you will be invited to attend an Assessment centre

  • If successful, your scheme will start in August/Systems 2027

  • The assessment centre aims to happen in December 2026
