Role Description
The IT Help Desk Analyst role is a part-time, remote position supporting GH Nordic’s internal users and systems. The analyst will handle daily help desk inquiries, provide first-line technical support, and respond to incidents via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Escalating complex problems when needed
- Maintaining accurate documentation of tickets and solutions
- Assisting with user account management
- Basic network monitoring
- Contributing to the security and reliability of IT systems
- Collaborating with colleagues across the organization to ensure efficient, user-friendly technology support and a stable IT environment

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Information Technology, including familiarity with common operating systems, productivity software, and basic IT infrastructure
- Skills in Network Administration and Network Security to support connectivity, access control, and secure use of company systems
- Proficient Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose, prioritize, and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Customer Service experience with a focus on clear communication, empathy, and timely support for non-technical users
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tickets in parallel
- Experience with help desk or ticketing systems and basic documentation practices
- Good written and spoken English; additional Nordic language skills are an advantage
- Relevant education or certifications in IT support, networking, or related fields are beneficial
