About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding position, offering a mix of responsibilities including:

  • Helpdesk support (remote and on-site)
  • New equipment configuration
  • On-site installations at client offices
  • Project work across a wide range of technologies

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) support desk role
  • Strong technical problem-solving abilities and customer service focus
  • Proficiency in:
    • Windows 10 & 11
    • Windows Server and Azure Infrastructure
    • Microsoft 365 (including Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Experienced in Networking fundamentals (switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Based in or near Leeds, with easy access to client sites
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team
  • Comfortable managing both day-to-day support and project-based work
  • A strategic thinker with a practical mindset
  • Passionate about technology and its role in education and business
  • Open to occasional out-of-hours work when required

  • Local candidates only – You must live in or near Leeds, as this role involves regular travel to local client sites.
