Our client is a well established IT Managed Services provider based just outside of Leeds, Yorkshire. They are currently looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their team.
The IT Helpdesk Support Engineer will be based onsite 4 days a week, with one day working from home. The IT Helpdesk Support engineer will be assisting clients remotely and on client sites.

- Providing remote and onsite technical support
- Configuring and deploying new hardware and software
- Delivering onsite installations and system rollouts
- Supporting infrastructure and cloud-based projects
- Working across diverse client environments and technologies

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience within an MSP or IT support environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Experience supporting:
- Windows 10 & Windows 11
- Windows Server environments
- Microsoft Azure infrastructure
- Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Networking technologies (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, switches and firewalls)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Based within commuting distance of Leeds and surrounding client locations
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check
