Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT helpdesk queries through email, chat, phone, and ticketing systems
  • Provide first-line support for hardware, software, account, and access-related issues
  • Troubleshoot common technical problems and guide users through clear solutions
  • Log incidents, updates, and resolutions accurately in support systems
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when required
  • Support users with account setup, password resets, and basic system access
  • Follow up on open tickets to help ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain a professional, helpful, and customer-focused support experience

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, software, and digital tools
  • Comfortable using email, online platforms, and ticketing/support systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users
  • Able to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
  • Previous helpdesk, IT support, customer service, or technical experience is beneficial but not required
