IT Infrastructure Engineer
Worthing, West Sussex
Up to £45k + Bonus
A well-established and rapidly growing IT Support company based in Worthing is looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join their busy IT team, supporting a diverse range of customers across the South East.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to take on more responsibility — including managing projects such as server builds and cloud migrations.
The Role
Working from the Worthing office, you'll provide telephone, email, and remote support to customers, while also taking ownership of technical projects that go beyond day-to-day support tickets.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11
- Microsoft 365 — including Exchange, SharePoint, Azure & Intune
- Microsoft Server 2016–2022
- Exchange 2016 / 2019 / Exchange Online
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team player with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Confident diagnosing faults and finding effective solutions
- Comfortable following agreed procedures and documentation
- Previous experience managing projects

Requirements
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
- Full, clean driving licence and own transport preferred
