Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is part of the BMW Group and its Goodwood manufacturing plant sits in the heart of the West Sussex countryside.

Are you passionate about technology and eager to kick-start your career within a global automotive leader? Join our IT Infrastructure team and gain hands-on experience supporting the technology that powers a world-class manufacturing business. Working alongside experienced professionals across a wide range of IT disciplines, you'll have the opportunity to explore different specialisms, contribute to innovative projects leveraging AI and digital technologies, and gain unique insight into how technology enables modern manufacturing operations. This position will be based at our Goodwood manufacturing plant.

What awaits you?
- To be an active member of the infrastructure team.
- Working with and supporting all members of the team.
- Provide support and assistance to our internal customers.
- Responsible for the IT Intranet pages.
- Gaining knowledge in all areas of IT Infrastructure (Networking, Communications and Workplace (End Devices).
- To assist with raising purchase orders and liaise/coordinate with Suppliers as required.
What should you bring along?
- Studying an IT, Business or Engineering related degree working towards a 2:2 or higher.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging with colleagues across a global organisation.
- A curious, proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and problem-solving.
- Willingness to get involved, take initiative and embrace new challenges.
- Confidence to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Interest in technology, digital innovation and AI-driven solutions.
