The Vacancy
Full-time, 9-month fixed-term contract – Hybrid, Sheffield with travel to sites across the UK.
ASK4 is growing — and with growth comes the exciting challenge of bringing newly acquired businesses into our IT environment quickly, securely, and with minimal disruption. As IT Integration Lead, you’ll own that challenge from end to end.
This is a hands-on technical role with real scope and variety. You’ll lead discovery, design, and delivery of IT integrations across infrastructure, applications, networks, identity, security, and collaboration tools. Working closely with internal IT teams, acquired business stakeholders, and external partners, you’ll also leave a lasting mark by defining the repeatable framework that shapes how ASK4 approaches every future acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as technical lead for IT integration projects, translating business requirements into clear, actionable plans
- Leading technical discovery across infrastructure, applications, networks, and security for acquired businesses
- Designing and implementing solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Sentinel, and Defender for Endpoint
- Delivering system rationalisation to remove duplication and streamline the IT environment
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure integrations meet ASK4’s standards and compliance requirements
- Building and maintaining ASK4’s repeatable acquisition onboarding framework to support future growth
- Producing technical documentation, playbooks, and knowledge transfer materials
- Managing project plans, risks, and dependencies throughout delivery

About You
Essential
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing complex solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and multi-OS environments (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Strong security fundamentals, including identity and access management and endpoint security tooling
- A proven track record of delivering Microsoft 365 migrations, including tenant-to-tenant
- Ability to produce detailed technical project plans and manage delivery effectively
- Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying gaps in solutions, policy, and process
- A valid UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and a valid passport (UK and EU site travel required at short notice)
