This is a fantastic opportunity for students who are enthusiastic about IT. Key Skills and Qualities Include:

• Communication: Clear, respectful written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences, countries, and cultures.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, map processes, identify problems, and propose practical improvements.
• Organisation: Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to keep actions, risks, documents, and reports up to date.
• Adaptability: Able to stay focused in a fast-moving environment, including when priorities change or deadlines are tight.
• Teamwork & Initiative: Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with project teams, business users, and IT colleagues.
• Technical curiosity: Confidence with Microsoft Office and digital tools, with an interest in business applications, project tools, data analysis, IT service management, and process modelling.
• Customer Focus: A strong service mindset and the ability to build effective working relationships inside and outside IT.

Qualifications & Practical Requirements

• Currently studying at university and seeking an industrial placement year.
• Interest in IT, business analysis, project management, process improvement, data analysis, or business systems.
• Applications welcomed from students of all backgrounds and disciplines. Academic performance is valued, but potential, attitude, and transferable experience are also important.
• UK driving license: Must hold a full UK driving license for at least one year.
• UK Residency: Eligibility to work in the UK (Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship as the salary falls below the required threshold.)
