A little more about your role…
The Solution Architect is responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering application integration and migration strategies for mergers and acquisitions. This role works closely with business stakeholders, application owners, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams to evaluate acquired application portfolios and define target-state solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

- Conducting application assessments
- Developing migration and modernization roadmaps
- Identifying technical risks and dependencies
- Designing integration solutions
- Supporting the transition of acquired organizations into the corporate technology environment.
What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…
The role requires strong technical leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
Successful candidates will possess experience in enterprise application architecture, cloud technologies, systems integration, application modernization, and stakeholder management. Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, application rationalization, and large-scale technology transformations is preferred.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent combination of professional experience, technical training, and demonstrated expertise.
- Progressive experience in enterprise technology roles, including application architecture, systems integration, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, software development, or related disciplines.
- Experience designing and delivering complex application migrations, integrations, modernization initiatives, or large-scale technology projects.
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to drive technology decisions and successful outcomes.
- Strong understanding of application architecture principles, data flows, identity and access management, security considerations, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, influence decision-making, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
