Cee People is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client for an experienced IT Manager to join a premium workplace business in London.

About you

- An experienced IT Manager with strong operational oversight
- Highly organised and confident managing multiple priorities

- Solutions-focused and calm under pressure
- Experienced working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and third-party vendors
- Confident escalating and resolving complex technical issues while building trusted relationships across the business

The role
As IT Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of IT services, primarily through an external Managed Services Provider and specialist technology partners. You'll act as the key internal point of contact, ensuring reliable service, strong supplier performance, and excellent support for both employees and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily IT operations across multiple locations through the MSP and third-party suppliers
- Act as the first point of contact for staff and customers, providing responsive and approachable IT support
- Escalate and manage complex or unresolved technical issues through to resolution
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring SLAs, uptime targets, and compliance standards are consistently met
- Support the onboarding of new employees and customers by coordinating hardware, software, licences, and system access
- Partner with Sales, Facilities, and Operations teams to deliver IT requirements for new workspaces and business projects
- Drive continuous improvement across IT processes, systems, and service delivery
