Shape the Future of Technology at One of the World’s Most Iconic Resorts

This is not a standard IT role.

At the Old Course Hotel, you will lead technology at the heart of a globally recognised luxury destination, where every system, platform, and digital touchpoint directly impacts exceptional guest experiences.

As our IT Manager, you will own the technology vision across the Resort in a complex, high-profile hospitality environment, driving innovation, security, and performance across all operations. You will be part of digital transformation and change management projects at the Old Course Hotel, which are being rolled out globally across Hospitality and Kohler Company.

Why This Role is Different

  • True strategic ownership – shape and deliver the full technology roadmap for the resort
  • Visible leadership role – reporting to the General Manager and work directly with senior leadership and influence IT decision-making
  • End-to-end scope – from infrastructure and cybersecurity to guest-facing digital experiences
  • Luxury service environment – where technology underpins five red star standards
  • Transformation opportunity – lead continuous improvement, upgrades, and innovation projects

This is a rare opportunity to combine hands on technical leadership with strategy and transformation in a business where technology is critical to commercial success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
